Welcome back! We are off and running and the races and events are stacking up on each other. We just to more time in a day to do everything there is to do in our area. The gasoline prices might be cutting back on trips to Ocotillo or Glamis but the local events are solid and growing.

Check out our Sara Price article. She is a superstar in the making. Only 15 years old, she is the fastest female racer in the US and finished last year with wins at the Lake Elsinore GP and Mini O in Florida. In the GP, she won overall beating both women and men in the race.

So there is no confusion, LEXMP is open; it just has a new name, Kal Gard Motorsports Complex at Lake Elsinore. Kal Gard has been part of the Motorsports industry for years and this is a great opportunity for all involved.

Be sure to check our calendar each month, management at the complex have a lot on the way, concerts, rodeo, more MX. Currently scheduled at the complex is a 8 race series. The promoters M4SX and Dirt Alliance have put together a great event the SXS Nationals. At the last race we had record turnout of racers and spectators. The UTV races are popular but the kids driving the trophykarts are pulling there own with the audience. Don’t miss the next race April 19th.

We live in the center of it all. Total Off Road Radio is broadcasting monthly from Trevi Entertainment Zone in Lake Elsinore. Interviews, prizes fill out the night; there are always surprise guests that just drop in. Be sure to read our update on the Pala Raceway. There is information on a petition regarding land use. Take time to read it and sign up to register your vote on land use.

Have you checked out the new skate park in Lake Elsinore? It’s inside and offers a safe place for beginners and still challenges the better skater. I’ve not been to the Pala skatepark but hear it is unbelievable. If you have been there let us know.
